About

Hey, there. I’m Tanya Dennis, a writer, editor, speaker, and Bible teacher.

I really like good questions. I am passionate about genuine faith wherever you are. That includes confidence and conviction as well as doubts and wrestling. You’ll find no facades, no legalism, no self-proclaimed expert. Just lots of grace, a LOT of questions, a bit of spice, and a true desire to know God and make Him known in the dailies.

I live not far from New York City with my favorite people: a husband far too good for me, two kids that refuse to stop growing, and a giant dog named Vader. And a teal velvet couch that I absolutely adore, a large painting of Henry the Elephant, and a possibly obscene amount of books I’ll never be able to finish.

I’ve been published over 100 times with at least 14 different platforms, both online and in print. My first book, based on my first blog — In the Dailies — was published in 2014. A year later I served as a contributing author to the NIV Bible for Women.
