Lauralin: Kelly commented on my blogger site about the abortion stuff, too. I know. As I stated, this is my biggest issue with the President. It wrenches my heart!

As to my sources, sorry if I disappointed you. I was quoting the commentators on CNN regarding the escort. I think I even said that in my post. Anyway, as to my source for the speechwriting, that was my husband who daily reads the WSJ and NYTimes.

Check your sources dearest… he doesn’t write his own speeches, nor is it the first time an incoming president escorted the outgoing president out… it’s a tradition.

And I’m more interested in his life than in how many times he used God’s name in his speech. My tax dollars are now paying for abortions overseas… this week the first embryonic stem cell tests will be done. He has no respect for human life and this scares me.

I love your paragraph stating “change is coming.. God is in control! I know my Savior reigns and He will have His way”. I could not have said it better.
We may not agree with all he is going to do but, we can pray, pray and pray that God keeps him on the right path.
I too, have not voiced what I thought to anyone today. My heart is a bit heavy because I truley feel that President Bush did the best that he could. My prayer is that all that Obama said today, that he follows through on. God Bless America!!!

What an orator he is!

I have been watching the whole ceremony across the many news channels (both Indian &CNN,ABC).

Obama speaks from his heart, from his conviction , from the conviction of his vision, from the depth of ever-so-true ‘Honesty & Hard work’.

America needs him so does the world.

How strange it is that in the corner of my room in a corner of India I feel the same positive vibes for this man….as does millions of my fellow citizens of planet earth!
